IMAGE OF EARTH AND QUILL

Guest Poet Kyle Anderson

When I See...

When I see your hair
I want to smell all
the places you have been

When I see your feet
I want to rub away
the miles you have walked

When I see your hands
I want to wash off
the hours they have strained

When I see your eyes
I want to protect them
from all things evil
and read the story they might tell

Kyle Anderson's Questions:

This is my first attempt at writing poetry.

I want to know if I have any of the good qualities a poem has?

If I repeat to much......because I think I have to much of a song influence......Is it any good??
