IMAGE OF EARTH AND QUILL

Guest Poet Arjun Purkayastha

MORNING TEA

The sick sweet tea
Burns the tongue
Gently
Waking up
The taste buds
That were itching
For the taste of love

COFFEE LOVE

The bitter sweet coffee
Leaves an aftertaste
That lingers
Like a fading memory
Slowly disappearing
But each time
Pricking you
Like remembrances
Of broken love

Arjun Purkayastha's Questions:

Should the 2 poems be combined into one under the title "Both Sides" or are they better off independent from each other. Or should they have a joint title and retain their original titles as subtitles?

Any other comments are welcome.
